Malabar Group has onboarded Jacob Jacob as its group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his role, he will overlook after the people function for the Group, primarily the gems and jewellery business.
Most recently, Jocob was the group CHRO at Columbia Asia Healthcare in Malaysia.
With more than 24 years of experience in the HR domain, Jocob has worked with various big brands during his career.
His expertise lies in performance management, development of reward systems (Incl. ESOP), career planning and development, competency mapping, change management, HR strategy and organisational design, organisational restructuring.
